After visiting 3 or 4 dealerships we felt the world had changed regarding customer service and we were not notified, but walking into Tustin Lexus everything changed. They’re were busier than we had seen at other dealerships and the general manager still took the time open the door for us and offered us water or coffee, from that point forward the service was the best ever, from the negotiations, to the salesman and even the finance manager all were working as team to make this the best car buying experience ever in 50 years of buying cars, I know it starts from the top, Thank you very much, I missed several details that created this experience but I hope you get my message!

Pleasant atmosphere, the waiting room is ample and very clean, the showroom is large enough for more models, why not ? Service people are nice and attentive. Never been disappointed by this dealership; this is where I got my 2020 ES300h and this is where it has been served. Full stop !

I been customer at this dealer for few years I take all my vehicles there . Today 6/25/2026 I took my RX350 for oil change my adviser Jorge wasn’t following up with me about the service I had to keep ask him but he answered all my questions friendly . The service time was good took only an hour and half . The reason for 3 stars after service whoever parked my car reverse hit the bottom rear bumper on the curb when I drove my car out I heard sound something scratched I though I drove over something so I didn’t pay attention when I got home I found out bottom rear bumper scratched both corner near muffler tips near .

Tustin Lexus had an excellent coupon for an oil change at $69.95. Had a great experience working with service advisor James Olson. We discussed future service needs and he provided a free car wash. He walked me to my car which was waiting and clean.
