We had a great experience. Mikki took care of us. He showed us the different models and even a new prototype. He thought the RZ 350e was right for us and we agreed. Alex helped us with the paperwork and he was sharp and seemed to know what he was doing. He owns the same car and answered questions as we thought of them. I recommend Tustin Lexus to my mechanic. Time to check in and time to checkout were excessively long…over 30 minutes each despite arriving 10 minutes early for my appointment. The service agent was nice and apologized but still very disappointed. Took 3 hours for an oil change and routine maintenance.
I was assisted by Rick quickly upon my arrival and all work was promptly and professionally completed.

Always great customer service! I've never had anyone try to upsell me or pull a fast one. I always feel comfortable knowing my vehicle is being serviced honestly and correctly. It's hard to find a shop you can truly trust, and they've earned mine every time. Highly recommend!
Absolute class experience. David Tran and Tatiana were so wonderful to work with from start to finish and made the car buying experience one to remember. David made the entire process so much fun and truly did his very best to go above and beyond for us as my wife and I were looking to get into our first Lexus. We were comfortable from the very start and will definitely be back in the future.
Everything went well with the process and Rex was very accommodating. The only thing I have an issue with is how long the process is to buy a car and I’m sure I’m not the only one with this option. I bet if someone would come with a fast way for this process they would make a lot more people happy and maybe sell more cars.

I’ve been to other Lexus dealers when I lived elsewhere and I didn’t get the service that I did here at testing Lexus the waiting area I think was set up nicely and comfortable and actually they had more than one area with the big screen TVs for you to watch.

Leasing our new GX 550 was an easy and seamless experience. All the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.
I have been a long time customer of Tustin Lexus. My service advisor Rick Massucci makes all the difference going to that dealership for service appointments. He’s truthful and no pressure attitude. I also was pleased with the follow up text with the service manager showing me my car and recommendations. Also, no pressure just recomdations. Made it so easy to approve the services.
The dealership is well maintained. Service waiting area was designed beautifully. Plenty of seating available for customers who are waiting for service to be completed.
I have my air conditioning and rear break pads repaired very well. The car maintenance service advisor showed knowledge all the aspects of my car and very polite in discussion during the meeting with me.

Pleasant atmosphere, the waiting room is ample and very clean, the showroom is large enough for more models, why not ? Service people are nice and attentive. Never been disappointed by this dealership; this is where I got my 2020 ES300h and this is where it has been served. Full stop !

I came into the dealer interested in a specific vehicle and made an appointment with Savannah ahead of time. There ended up being a mistake and after test driving the vehicle, we realized it had sold. Although I was frustrated, the dealer made up for their mistake by helping me find another vehicle that fit my specifications. Savannah was patient and helpful throughout the process.
