I brought my car in for service after a long lag. Rick Massucci was my service consultant and he was friendly, professional, and made my service visit easy. I booked an appointment and requested a loaner car, and he had one ready for me for my appointment. He kept in communication with me on when my car would be done, and the system for approving additional recommended services was easy. I had a great experience again at the dealership and will be back for the next service, and will be requesting Rick as my consultant.

It was scheduled for 2 hours but it took 3 hours and didn’t clean my car and no printing report. I even doubted if they really finish my car service.
Services were right on point. They did not oversell any other items without my permission and always asked about what the car felt and rode like to know what to repair.
I had very little experience buying a car in the U.S. and I was not familiar with Carfax or how to check a vehicle’s history. The salesperson also did not verbally disclose or tell me anything about the vehicle’s accident history before I purchased it.

As in most things in life, there was good and bad in the purchase of my Lexus RZ350e. The dealership people were polite and helpful, although the sale took quite a while. During the sale they took us to a "financial guy" who tried to sell us a number of "packs" (similar to the undercoating dealers used to sell).

Nolan my Service Advise is amazing. He kept me up to date on the status of my car well it was being serviced. It was in the shop for 3 days waiting for parts. They always give me a loaner vehicle whenever I have service which is great.

I was waiting more than three hours for oil change with the 8:15 appointment and nobody seemed cared about appointments and it was first come first serve!! and supposed to get car wash too but when I picked up my car I got notice my car wasn’t wash! We had a great experience. Mikki took care of us. He showed us the different models and even a new prototype. He thought the RZ 350e was right for us and we agreed. Alex helped us with the paperwork and he was sharp and seemed to know what he was doing. He owns the same car and answered questions as we thought of them. I recommend Tustin Lexus to my mechanic. Time to check in and time to checkout were excessively long…over 30 minutes each despite arriving 10 minutes early for my appointment. The service agent was nice and apologized but still very disappointed. Took 3 hours for an oil change and routine maintenance.
I was assisted by Rick quickly upon my arrival and all work was promptly and professionally completed.

Always great customer service! I've never had anyone try to upsell me or pull a fast one. I always feel comfortable knowing my vehicle is being serviced honestly and correctly. It's hard to find a shop you can truly trust, and they've earned mine every time. Highly recommend!
Absolute class experience. David Tran and Tatiana were so wonderful to work with from start to finish and made the car buying experience one to remember. David made the entire process so much fun and truly did his very best to go above and beyond for us as my wife and I were looking to get into our first Lexus. We were comfortable from the very start and will definitely be back in the future.
Everything went well with the process and Rex was very accommodating. The only thing I have an issue with is how long the process is to buy a car and I’m sure I’m not the only one with this option. I bet if someone would come with a fast way for this process they would make a lot more people happy and maybe sell more cars.
