Nice facility. Service technician was very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of vehicles being serviced today but I can see why. I recommend Tustin Lexus services.

You feel well cared for and heard from the minute you pull into the driveway. Then greet you in a very friendly manner. when having service done, they keep you informed every step of the way. very very personable crew at Tustin Lexus. Alex goes above and beyond in thoroughly explaining the necessary repairs.

Nolan my Service Advise is amazing. He kept me up to date on the status of my car well it was being serviced. It was in the shop for 3 days waiting for parts. They always give me a loaner vehicle whenever I have service which is great. My only issue that I keep having is with Lexus.. I been having issues with the plastic covers that cover the railing under the seats. The continue to fall off since I bought the car 3 years ago. Every time I take it in they keep saying they fix it and then they continue to fall off. Also the front sits plastic right below the leather seats keeps separting as well. I know this is all cosmetic things but they shouldn't be happening. Now they want to say it's happing because we stuff things under the seat and pull them out and they are grabbing onto the plastics. This is not true. I do not put anything under my seats or on the floors. Everything goes in the back trunk space. I don't have young kids that could be kicking the plastics when they get in and out of the car or just being in the car. I wish they would just fix everything right the first time so that it stops happening. I bought Lexus because all my other Lexus we good and lasted along time. These new cars seem like they aren't being built as good as the older days.. Lexus should do the right thing and fix my car seats and plastic correctly and not try to charge me for it. But again Nolan is amazing and trying to help me out as much as he can.
